Can I move in early?
Unfortunately no we have a short time to turn over over 100 units. -
How long does the application fee hold my unit?
You will have 5 days from when the first person applies for the unit to have all other roommates along with the cosigner get their applications in. You will be charged $50.00 for any lease changes after the lease has been signed. . -
Is the rental amount for the unit or per person/room?
The rental amount is for the whole unit. We do not split up the payments that are between the tenants. You are able to pay the desired amount in your tenant portal. -
Are all leases 12 months?
Yes we only do 12 month leases. -
When is my security deposit due?
Security deposit is due within 3 days of signing the lease unless otherwise specified. -
When is the first month's rent due?
First month's rent to be paid within a month after signing the lease. -
Can I terminate my lease early?
No but what you can do is look at finding a new tenant to sublease your unit for the remainder of your lease. They will need to fill out our application and be approved by us. -
What happens if my plans change and I need to cancel my lease?
You can’t cancel your lease. What we can do is advertise the unit for you and we suggest you do the same. Once a lease is signed you are responsible for the lease terms unless a replacement tenant is found. -
Will the following August be pro rated?
No the lease is set up to be paid in 12 equally split monthly payments. -
When will I get back my security deposit?
Those will be sent out within 30 days of keys being turned in for the whole unit. You will get a form to fill out before your move out date regarding splitting of the deposit and forwarding address. -
How do I qualify if I’m a student and do not have income?
You will need a cosigner and yes you will both need to fill out an application and pay the application fee. -
Can I apply if I don’t have a social security number?
Sorry we do require a social security number for both the tenant and the cosigner. We are not able to pull a credit report without that and that is one of the requirements. -
How to view a unit in person?
Showings are done by appointment only Monday through Friday between the hours of 10am-4pm. We do ask for at least 3 days notice in order to show. Please keep in mind during this time some tenants are still not comfortable with in person showings and we ask that you do take advantage of our online virtual tours. You are able to request showings right from the website. -
Where will my parking space be?
You will be provided a parking map before you move in along with your move in packet. This will also be posted in your tenant portal. -
Can I lower my rent if I don't take a parking spot?
This is building specific and no if a spot is included we are not able to lower your rent even if you are not using the space. Please check the listing on the website to see if your unit comes with a space. -
What kind of heat is it?
This is going to be building specific as well and will be in the listing. -
Do I have control over the heat temperature?
Some units do and some do not. We will have this posted in the building description. -
Does it have AC or does it have central air?
This is building and unit specific. You will find this on the building description. -
Does it have a DW/GD?
Please read the listing of the unit. -
Can I move my significant other in and not put them on the lease?
Yes you can. They will need to fill out an application and be approved before we are able to put them on the lease. Please remember that a $50 charge will be added to your account for lease changes. -
What furniture comes with the furnished apartments?
Please look at the property and furniture list tab. -
What kind of internet/cable service is available?
Please review the tab under residents' important documents. This will also provide the other utilities companies you might need. -
Do I pay my electric bill to the landlord?
Please check the listing description of the unit you are applying for. -
Can I hang pictures on the walls?
Yes -
Can I paint?

Is mail theft a problem?
Packages get stolen from everywhere. What we suggest is to have amazon packages sent to an amazon lockbox, have packages sent signature required or send to either the post office or ups store for pickup.
